Our story
Built from a familiar frustration
Cogniquix began with a simple observation from our founder, Marlowe Bennett: the companies that struggle most are rarely short of talent. They are short of a place where their work, their conversations and their people agree with one another. We watched capable teams spend their afternoons hunting for a decision that had already been made, or rebuilding a plan that existed only in somebody's memory.
So we set out to build the quiet opposite of that chaos: a workspace where projects, conversations, timekeeping and the people directory live together, assisted by modest helpers that take care of the routine. Nothing flashy, nothing that shouts for attention — just the ordinary infrastructure of a well-run company.
How we work
