Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California residents have the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information. This notice explains how to exercise that right with Cogniquix Inc. Effective date: 2026.

Our position

We do not sell your information

Cogniquix does not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is therefore nothing for us to switch off in order to honour a do-not-sell request: the practice the law addresses is not part of how we work. We state that plainly here so that you do not have to wonder.

If our practices ever changed, this page would say so, and we would provide a clear way to opt out before any such change took effect.

Rights

Rights under the CCPA and CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Depending on your region, similar rights may be available to you under other laws.

  • The right to know what we hold and how it is used.
  • The right to request a copy of your personal information.
  • The right to correct or delete your personal information.
  • The right to opt out of sale or sharing, as described above.
  • The right to equal service, whatever choices you make.

How to ask

Submitting a request

You can submit a request by writing to [email protected], or by post to Cogniquix Inc., 1801 Chestnut Street, Suite 900, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Please say clearly what you would like us to do, and give us enough detail to find your information and to confirm your identity. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the time the law allows.

You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to show that you have authorised them. If your request concerns content inside a company's workspace, we may need to pass it to that company, because the company controls that content and decides how it is used.

Our Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect and the purposes for which we use them. Our Cookie Policy explains the small files we use on this site. If anything here is unclear, or if you would like help making a request, write to [email protected] and a person will assist you.

Care

How we handle requests

When we receive a request, we confirm that we have it, check that we understand what you are asking, and then take the step you have asked for within the time the law allows. We may need to ask a question or two so that we find the right information, and we will explain why if we do. We do not treat anyone differently because they have exercised a right.

If we cannot comply with part of a request, we tell you why in plain language and point you to the route that may help, whether that is your company's administrator or a further step with us. Our aim is that the process feels straightforward rather than like a test of endurance.
